My Travel Broker Vision

To give my clients a real point of difference when planning their travel by providing a level of personal service rarely matched by my larger competitors.

Becoming a Travel Broker in 2004 my aim was to provide a level of personal service that has meant over the years I have built up many fabulous relationships with my clients. This has seen many of them refer family, friends and business associates to me.
After 10 years working as a broker I decided to launch my own travel brand My Travel Broker. Travel is a dynamic and exciting industry to be in and in seeking a partner to help me with this transition I was thrilled to be able to align myself with Air New Zealand Holidays Brokers. This has provided me the very best technology, product and support the industry can offer.  This alliance along with the strong relationships I have built up with a number of key airlines, local tour companies, and cruiselines means my clients have a larger range of choice at the same time accessing really competitive pricing.  

I strongly believe that there is no one fit for everyone and with this in mind I take every opportunity to conduct site visits and attend workshops to enable me to make more informed suggestions to assist my clients making their choices.

I recognize that fast, efficient and courteous service is of paramount importance to my clients. The excitement of your travel starts in the planning and I will spend as much time as it takes to get to know you resulting in a trip that will give you not just an acceptable experience but and exceptional one.
